Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 21, 2026

IT Solvers ("we") respects your privacy and complies with applicable laws, including Korea's Personal Information Protection Act. This policy applies to our website at itsolvers.co.kr.

1. Information we collect and why

We collect information only when you send us an inquiry. There are no user accounts.

You may decline to consent to this collection. If you do, you cannot use the contact form, but you can still email us at dlgurpro@itsolvers.co.kr.

2. How long we keep it

We delete your information promptly after we finish replying. If a law requires us to keep it longer, we keep it for that period and then delete it. Electronic files are deleted in a way that cannot be recovered.

3. Service providers and sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where the law requires. The contact form passes your message to our inbox through a form-delivery service, Web3Forms. We receive email through a Korean portal mail service (Naver).

4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

This site uses the following services to understand how it is used and to show ads. They may use cookies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as expected.

5. Your rights

You may ask at any time to see, correct, or delete your personal information, to stop its processing, or to withdraw your consent. Email us at the address below and we will act on your request promptly.

6. Security

The contact form sends your message over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only the people who need to read your message can see it, and we delete it once it has served its purpose.
